Environment
We supply high-quality electronic solutions worldwide and cover the entire product lifecycle as a service partner. This helps us conserve resources and avoid unnecessary waste. We reduce our ecological footprint through our nearshoring initiative, the use of renewable energy, and the promotion of the circular economy.
Social
Wherever we operate, we aim to make a difference. Whether in Europe, Asia, or North America, we live our values by treating everyone equally, breaking down barriers and engaging with local communities. Through our role as an employer, we make a positive contribution to society and promote cohesion.
Governance
We rely on transparency, reliability, and trust – both with our partners and among our colleagues. Our standards are outlined in a Code of Conduct. Since we ensure fair supply chains worldwide, we also demand the same from our suppliers and conduct regular audits and qualifications.
Goals and Figures
Net-zero within our scope: We aim to reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions to the minimum. To achieve this, we are investoing in renewable energy, strengthening local supply chains, and promoting the circular economy. Our photovoltaic systems produce approximately 695 MWh of electricity annually. Globally, 15 percent of our electricity consumption is covered by renewable energy. Through our nearshoring initiative, we are continuously reducing emissions from our logistics operations. In 2022, emissions will be reduced by 437 tons of CO₂. In 2023, we increasingly transported goods by sea instead of air, reducing emissions by another 340 tons of CO₂. Waste becomes a resource: We already recycle 53 percent of our waste.
Our dedicated commitment to our employees is also reflected in the numbers: since 2020, the Lost Time Injury Frequency (LTIF) rate has decreased by 60 percent. An attrition rate of 31.1 percent reflects the great trust our employees place in us. Whether in Asia, Europe or America: everyone has the same opportunities with us. At 57 percent, more than half of our employees are female.

What we do is verified by independent parties. We manufacture in compliance with globally recognized standards such as ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety).
